In 2016 I used Milestone and was so completely impressed. Fast forward to 2024 what a dramatic. Change. I needed to replace my Tesla Wall Mounted Charger. Tesla told me it was a simple four bolt task. When I read the instructions it didn't seem that way to me. I admit I a little intimidated by electrical issues. So I called on an old trusted friend. I raved to my wife about the prior experience and how much trust I had in Milestone. Had being the operative word I guess. I was flying to Dallas and unavailable when the event happened. Technician arrived late. Took the four bolts off and removed the old one. Then quoted $1,600 to put the new one on. Then he talked my wife into a $350 assessment of the electrical supply to the charger. So, long story short, wife turned down the $1,600 offer but duped for $450. Milestone has lost all the trust and confidence I had and I feel somewhat guilty of for the recommendations made in the past. WOW! You should be embarrassed by this whole event!

I would give them a 0 rating if it was possible. They came out and gave me a quote for over $2400 just to replace my exhaust fan on my outside a/c unit. I called my brother who has worked in the HVAC industry for many years and he told me that was a ridiculously high quote.
So I called 2 other companies, first quote was $1400, last quote who I went with was $900. Milestone tried to take advantage of me big time!

They just came out and said whole unit needed to be replaced.13,000-30,000 dollars to replace a 3 ton unit. Called an honest company and found out the part that needs fixing is under warranty! Then called milestone back and they said they cover the warranty work, but now Freon will be 2800.00. Called other guy back, he said at most 800.00. Don't call these people!!! Scammers

Overpriced and they upsell HARD! You may have a $250-$500 problem but they charge double that and then they spend 30 mins trying to upsell you on added services. I have a brand new home and they were giving the impression that it was on the verge of burning down.
