Hit or miss with quality of electricians. Have had 2 that were terrific and 1 that cost me $2,000 with his ineptitude. Really poor response from management when confronted with errors. Good electricians don't last long here.

I won't be using them again for anything related to heating or air conditioning. I got a coupon in the mail from them stating that they would check my refrigerant and it would be topped off at a reduced rate. I assumed since I had a professional HVAC repair person come out to my house, that they would not put excess refrigerant in to my system. I assumed wrong. They overloaded my system, and I now have a messed up compressor, which is a very expensive replacement cost.

These people are extremely over-priced and have sketchy sales methods. We had two lights in the bathroom that wouldn't come on and 2 outlets in front of the bathroom that not working so My husband called. Two very nice guys showed up -- one in training. They wanted me to sign a form saying I agreed to pay about $450 for repair then $69 fees and $19.75 for something else (i dont even know what it was) . One guy talked on the phone with my husband and explained how it wouldnt probably cost that much and he could drop the price down so we agreed to let him do the work . He found what wrong with it in prob 5 mins but he tried to explained it was so hard to find what went wrong and tried to take as long as possible (more like talking). Its bullshit . We used this company before and the guy that came for the first time charged us for less than $200 to fix the same problem thats why we called this company again but this time would be the last time we used this company .

I would never use them ever ever ever. They price gouge. They quote one thing and convince you you need to upgrade that service.

I moved into my new house and when a plumbing emergency arose the same day, Milestone was the only company who would come out on a Saturday at 5pm and get me taken care of. Michael Simmons was very helpful and knowledgeable, you could tell he knew what he was doing. I'd say it was quite pricey, but the seller paid for it so I didn't have to take the hit. Though in an emergency situation I would probably call them again because of their responsiveness and knowledge.

Oncor said that I needed my meter base replaced in 10 days or my power would be shut off. Called Milestone, they came out and quoted me $5000 to do the job!!!! Thanks but no thanks. Went with Yelp reviews and called ABR Electric. Guess what, work was done for $500.

they quoted us over $1,000 for electrical work we got another estimate and had work.done for $324. please always get 2-3 estimates beforehand!!!

Jim Pierce replaced a garbage disposal at our home and the service was great. He is very knowledgeable and friendly without being pushy. The job was done quickly and efficiently and I will definitely ask for him if we need help in the future.
