Mikhail was very responsive and extremely prompt.

In trying to diagnose a particularly unusual issue he found a shorted wire in my circuit breaker which needed to be fixed and checked all the other connections. He proactively found a significant problem and made my house safer.

Also, the other quotes I got for the same work came in significantly higher, and didn't include the repairing the circuit breaker connection.

He'll get my business in the future for sure.
