Customer satisfaction is what sets Mike's Maintenance apart. Completing a job well means little if the customer isn't smiling. We recognize that there’s always room for improvement.

My journey started as a teenager fresh out of high school. As I pursued my studies in radio telecommunications, I learned the basics of electronics. My abilities caught the attention of a mentor in the neighborhood who decided to help me. I tackled my first significant project on his show car, which was a real test. Following that, I helped a neighbor by fixing his brakes. Shortly thereafter, I was called to fix a doorbell for yet another neighbor. A few years later, I landed my first commercial account with hair salons. My tasks ranged from fixing hair dryers and clippers to addressing plugs, switches, lights, sinks, and fans. My passion for this work is so strong that without bills, I might do it for nothing.

Life has brought me many fortunate events. After the dark times, the light emerged. Many things have happened for various reasons, all leading me to help others. My skills became known, and people turned to me for help. It was my brother-in-law who helped me begin this journey. With my mother’s encouragement and financial insight, I was motivated to pursue this career. I briefly ran my own business in New York, but she taught me the ropes. Now, I can say the business is doing well, but I strive for more. Seeing that smile makes it all worthwhile. I find my day isn’t finished until I witness that smile.
