Hired Mike to not only install 3 fans but to also lower the electrical box that holds the fans in place and drywall around the open crevice. He came out, quoted me and began work the next day. He arrived with his team that all work on different things at once to make the process as quick and flawless as possible. They also had a team member strictly dedicated to the cleanup who would clean as they went on with the job. I am more than impressed with there work ethic and quality of work. Mike was great. I emailed him at 1:00 am and he responded in 20 minutes, came next day. He came and replaced a circuit breaker in my home on Labor Day 2020. He replaced an aftermarket part with an original part for my 1965 panel. He readjusted the position of the breaker and it worked great and was solid no sparking. He found the issue right away. He also tested the load of my AC pump which he showed me everything he did. Thinking about upgrading breaker box in the near future to eliminate future problems with an old system. He was running a little late but he is working 15 hours a day right now. I was pleased and would call again. Nice to use a locally owned business in these times. Called because we had exposed wiring in our attic. Was charged over 1,000 to clean up the wiring and to replace 2 switches. Workmen was sent over and was not very polite or receptive to questions. Asked him to take pictures before and after and he said he would, but did not receive pictures. When replacing the switch he broke it and tried to quickly put the cover on. Had Mike look at it and instead of replacing it for free he tried to charge me double the amount to replace it even though it was his workmen that broke it. Then I had additional work done in my attic and it was brought to my attention that there were still exposed wires, and I had to hire another electrician to do the job I paid Mike for.

Mike is the man. He answered my call which is unusual for electricians. He said he could be there in an hour (non-emergency). Showed up on time. Was polite and cordial with my tenants. Found out the issue was the breaker and had extra breakers so he repaired it without leaving the property. Price was fair and the service was excellent.
