I've been dealing with an electric problem at my house that appears to be dangerous, and my power to certain circuits is going in and out and making noises, and I've had them out twice to ""investigate"" the issue. They haven't done anything that I would deem worthy of the term ""investigating"" other than taking off a few switch covers and saying,""everything looks fine"". (It's not). I've made videos of the flickering and noise, and have requested that they actually look at a panel or something. I'm not pleased.

Responsiveness:

It's impossible to get them to call you back when they tell you that they will, and at this point I'm not calling again. They were supposed to be calling the electric company for me, and after two weeks of waiting, I decided to call the power company, which they said mike's service never called them. No surprise.

Conclusion and next steps:

I didn't want to pay Vinson Electric to do the job because their rates are a little higher, but if I can get the job done before my house burns down, it's worth the safety of my family.

Called out twice for same issue in one month. Charged both times by rental property manager. When I called mike, he got an attitude because he was responding to a fire like I was supposed to know then never returned my call. His company does not provide legit service.

I needed new exhaust fans installed and a few other random things, and can say I am very pleased with the service. They were quick, knowledgeable and very polite ((!! The owner personally called after the job was finished to make sure that I was satisfied and that everything went smoothly))

Great service! Really helped me out by squeezing me in. Professional and kept me informed, even sent an itemized bill by email! The only negative is their limited service area and that I didn't get a call back letting me know that it would be a day later before they could squeeze me in. After that, it was awesome!

I've used Mikes electric a few times now. He's very professional. And knows what he is doing. He is licensed so you know you are not getting some local handyman that thinks he knows electrical. Use him if you are looking for a job to be done right the first time. I highly recommend him.
