Was near impossible to get a hold of to set a date for the work to be done. Had to call back multiple times to make things happen, almost as if the small customer was a ""burden"" to him. When the work was done, they broke my water pipes three times. At no point was a mention of reimbursement of what was broken by them. Nor was there any attempt to fix my broken pipes, they were just left there for me to repair. Very dissatisfied with the service they provided. I WOULD not recommend them to anyone doing a small project at your house, they will overcharge you, make you waste YOUR time, and break your stuff without offering to fix it.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service! !!! I called in a panic because I was leaving town and had my travel trailer plugged in which blew the power in the front of my house including a huge chest freezer. They bent over backwards trying to get someone to me that day and I was beyond grateful! They have excellent communication skills, knowledge and are real wholesome extremely nice people!
