Mike was referred to us by our general contractor. Our house was built in 1938, is lathe and plaster, and there is always a lot to do. Mike and his assistant worked with us to come up with a plan to prioritize what should be done in an order, so that we could pace it over the course of many weekends. He and his assistant showed up regularly without fail for several Saturdays in a row, upgrading the lighting and plugs in the kitchen, adding plugs in several rooms, installing a bathroom fan, and working on the bathroom which was remodeled. He was patient and worked steadily with his assistant. We really appreciated his diligence!
