I called Mike Diamond because my kitchen drain was clogged and Alan did a fantastic job! Victor assisted in getting probably years worth of smelly grease out of my pipes and showed me on camera after jetting out the pipe how much cleaner my drain is.

They took a lot of time and gave me several recommendations as to putting in a clean out and new ABS pipes under the house at a later date (my house is102 years old and definitely could use some plumbing updates)! I would definitely recommend Alan and a Victor and trust them to take care of my plumbing in the future.

What a rip off. They wanted $650 to replace a $75 garbage disposal.
They want over $500 for 30 minutes work! They then proceeded to charge us $76 for doing NOTHING but giving us a quote!
Do not call these guys!

Angel came out - I had a drain shower drain that suddenly backed up. I wanted it snaked and paid their $99 fee. Although the water had cleared I still wanted it snaked. Angel did the work. And even snaked it twice when I asked. Very nice guy. No upsell or tricks - just great personality, friendly and dis the job - so I'm happy with him and his work.

I had used these guys in the past to clear my drains, so when I discovered they also did HVAC, I thought I would give them a try. Big mistake! The clueless tech that answered the call told me my a/c had a short somewhere, and it would cost me another $700 in addition to the $100 service charge for him to find the problem. He also informed me that the actual fix would cost an additional amount.

A few days later I called SoCal Climate whose tech diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour of arriving. By the way, there was no service charge. Lesson learned!!

Called this company today to fix my malfunctioning garbage disposal. Spoke to Gwen, she's very efficient. She got me a technician in 2 hours, the same day. Steve, the technician, came and fixed my garbage disposal. Explained to me what was wrong, what is recommended and and gave me a reasonable estimate. My disposal was fixed in less than 30 minutes. He explained ways how to take good care of it and how to troubleshoot it. Steve is awesome and presented himself in a very professional manner. Hire them, y'all!

These guy are thieves and crooks they advertise they repair and or replace sinks that's bull we scheduled an assessment 70$ ok we told them when we booked the assessment exactly what we needed 1 sink replaced 2 faucets which we already bought and 2 lines and 2 valves. Not much work should take on average 2.5 to 3 hrs to do the work. First thing their tech says when he arrives is I don't do sinks. Then he did the rest of the walk through told it would be $450 buckS just for the valve kit what the f is it made of gold??? It would be another $500 each to replace the faucets . $1400 and we don't even get the sink replaced. These guys are crooks. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS SAVE YOUR MONEY. YOU COULD BY ALL THE PARTS AND HIRE A HOME DEPOT PARKING LOT CONTRACTOR AND GET A BETTER JOB DONE MIKE DIAMOND SUCKSMIKE DIAMOND SUCKS
