This is the second time we use Mike Diamond for different services in our home. I am extremely satisfied with their response time, communication and the professionalism of their staff. Their prices are completely reasonable and competitive. Above all, competent and knowledgeable staff that makes service calls much easier. You already have the stress and worry of the problem, you can rest easy when they arrive. They will fix the problem. Edgar came out and fixed the tub drain backup that had been an issue for more than a week! I know it wasn't easy, there were many hands involved before he came out. He made it look easy. Very glad we decided to go with Mike Diamond. They will be my first call in the further for sure. Highly recommend you try them first.

The $99 ad is baloney!

They advertise they will clear any drain foe $99. This is a lie. We have a pedestal sink so he immediately says it will be a minimum of $250 because it's a pedestal. Why would their service department not share that information with me BEFORE sending the tech all the way out to my place?

I could not go forward with the work based on principle. It's a bait and switch tactic. Do not call Mike Diamond.

It may cost me $250 or more to get my sink fixed, but I will pay that money to a company that is honest and open about their pricing.

Our sprinkler system needed repairing. Elmer did a great job.
Left our front planter clean and tidy after the job was complete.
Highly recommend Mike Diamond services. Always do a great job when needed. Everyone with the company are very knowledgeable and courteous.

My kitchen sink was backing up even when I was not using any water in the house. Armando from Mike Diamond came, after throughly inspecting the plumbing system, he was able to properly diagnosed the issue and came up with a solution. He was very patient explaining the issue to me and how he was going to fix it. He was very diligent, took pride in his work and delivered what he said he was going to do. I would definitely call him again for my plumbing issues.

Ricardo, the amazing Jack of all trades, came and took care of all these plumbing problems, our old house has been having, for years. We kept getting leaks and clogs. He figured out why! He diagnosed the house like a doctor does a patient, and then performed 3 major surgeries in 1 day! He fixed the water line out front, replaced the broken emergency shut off valve, and installed a pressure regulator, to bring down the water pressure, that's been causing our leaks...it was way, way too high! He had to cut off all the old parts and weld new parts on. It looks brand new & it's easier to use! He then, did an overhaul in the kitchen, on all kinds of crazy connections under the kitchen sink, that were leaking, and had been mickey moused together. Now, it looks like a new car under there, all chrome and streamlined. The electrical outlet under the sink had also stopped working last week, before the leak, so we hadn't been able to use the garbage disposal. I told him I needed to call an electrician next, but he said ""I'm also an electrician so I'll take care of that."" He did & I felt like I'd won the lottery! Lol. (He works on furnaces and all that heating stuff too!) He figured out that the dishwasher was hooked up wrong as well, likely the cause of many clogs, so he fixed that too. Next, he replaced the backyard water line, so more cutting and welding & voila, now we can use the backyard water hose again! Everything is perfect! He did an awesome job! He has a strong work ethic. He really wanted to figure it out for us, so that it doesn't keep happening. He was very professional, super friendly, respectful, and down to earth! We are having him come back again to look at the bedroom shower and a few other things that have been out of use for a while because of leaking. It's great that my family has finally found someone that we can trust!

I called Mike Diamond to locate a leak. They said it would be a flat fee of $352 and I agreed. It actually took about 20 minutes. I asked about repairing the leak and Hugo quoted $ 895.00. Without knowing what the job entailed, I told him to go ahead. 35 minutes later he was finished and all that was done was to replace a piece of pipe 2 feet long. I think he took advantage and stole money from me. DO NOT CALL MIKE DIAMOND    Over $1000 per hour

I called Mike Diamond services for clogged kitchen drain. I was quoted $99 if they can unclog it with their cable method. This morning plummer came and right away told us that there is no $99 for unclogging drains, it will be minimum $360 . He refused to even try unclogging it with the cable saying that we have to agree to a higher charge. We called another plummer who was able to unclog the drain in 10 minutes with the cable and charged us $100.
With this service call I feel like Mike Diamond is trying to scam people for more money with their running add.
Will not use them again.

My toilet was leaking, had a plumber from Mike Diamond. (Nov 2019)
First, he tells me it's a $350 charge just to remove the toilet. Found the problem, the ring that's on top of the sewer pipe was corroded, needed to be replaced. Cost me $3600..time goes on and the toilet is now rocking! Called the plumber, who had given me his cell #. He came out the following week and realized he put the old bolts back on the toilet. Put new bolts on, no charge, still under warranty, but, gave him a $50 tip..time goes on again, now it's leaking again...between my flu, then, him being out on a medical leave, nothing has happened...I found out that when he replaced the bolts, he should have also replaced the wax ring. He's canceled several times and I finally got someone who could remove the toilet and install the new wax ring..I'm disappointed in Mike Diamond, their ridiculously high rates and poor follow up. I wouldn't recommend them.
