Called for a A/C service call on Monday, they scheduled me for Tuesday between 9 and 1, I was told I would receive a call with the techs name. I called them 10 after 1 asking if I missed the call or what was going on, Greg told me his techs were taking longer on calls before mine, it would be sometime before 4 that they would be out. I then called at 20 after 5 asking for an update, again Greg told me that they would be out the next day at 10. It is now 12 after 10, I had to call them to get an update. Greg explained to me his techs were turning in paperwork. Im so very tired of the CYA that they are pulling. It sounds like the techs get to do what they want when they want.
I explained to Greg that they have now missed the bar three times on this service call, thank you for wasting my time and that we will never be calling them again for any services. The service provided by them in the past was great, but something in the last few years has changed. Very sad.

Had a plumbing problem in my bathroom. Mike diamond plumber came out and before he even looked at anything said I would probably have to replace my pipes in my shower. I said I want you to try the snake first. He said he would but it probably wouldn't work and probably the pipe needs to be replaced. When I question how he would know that without going under the house and looking at the pipe to see if the pipe had previously been replaced he sort of backed up. When I told him I would talk to my husband about it if he couldn't get it to work with the snake he would go on his merry way and presto the snake worked. I do not trust this company. Would not use this company ever again!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. My wife went online on a Saturday and attempted to set up an appointment for Sunday to have a clog worked on. They called us and made the appointment for Monday and asked what hours worked best for us. My wife chose the afternoon so neither of us had to miss work. At 9AM the tech is calling her to see if he can come earlier since he had a cancellation. She politely explained to him that she was at work and wouldn't be able to leave, and suggested we keep our afternoon appointment. A half hour later he called her back and gave her the same ""we had a cancellation, can we get there sooner"" speech. Again she explained that she couldn't leave work. At this point I decided to leave work early so that I can meet them at the house. Our appointment time came and went and still no plumber. We called and they connected us to the tech. He goes on to say that he looked up our history and wouldn't be able to help us. We called the dispatcher and she said she would have a supervisor contact us, still waiting for that call. They are a joke. Me and my uncle rented a snake and did it ourselves. Never again will I call these jerks.

Stay away. $99 for most drain cleanings? Good luck Hold onto your wallet because his advertising is misleading regarding total costs.

So my elderly parents had a plumbing issue, a drain stoppage. They called Mike Diamond Plumbing, because they heard their ad on the radio.
The guy came tried to snake the drain for about 3 minutes then wrote them a quote for $7400 . I brought my plumber he snaked and fixed two sinks in 20 minutes for $60.I believe the plumber for Mike Diamond was trying to defraud my parents and would like people to know this isn't an isolated incident. I emailed Mike Diamond but no response.

These guys are total CROOKS!. 100% bait and switch operation. Don't use them, unless you are a FOOL.
They advise you of a lowball price on the phone. Then say they can't quote a job until they come to your house. Then WITHOUT LOOKING AT THE PROBLEM, the pull out a book and show you a ridiculously overpriced fee.
We were quoted $76 to replace a kitchen faucet. When they arrived they did not look at the sink, but then said that was just a price to show up. The actual fee would be $416.00.
The job was defined upfront to replace a kitchen faucet (broken) with an identical new kitchen faucet. They quoted the job for $76.00. We waited 3 days for them. Then without even looking at the faucet, they say that was not the price.
I spoke with 3 people before the repairman arrived and they all confirmed the $76.00 price.
When I called to speak with a supervisor the person on the phone, Santiago, refused to pass me to a supervisor.
The WORST CROOKS in town. Save your time and don't call Mike Diamond.
And PS: The guy didn't even smell good!

Just had a pretty interesting Mike Diamond experience. I called the main number last night requesting an appointment ASAP. Someone called me back immediately offering a time slot for this morning between 9am and 1pm. I took it, and asked them if I'd be notified before anyone came out. The operator assured me that I'd get a phone call from someone 30-40 minutes before the plumber arrived. I explained that I absolutely had to have that warning because I had to check in at work in the morning and would need the 30-40 minutes to get back to my house. Again, the guy told me no problem. Fast forward to this morning. The first person to call me was the plumber telling me he was at my house. I was at work. Of course. I explained to the guy that I was about half an hour away and that I was promised I'd get a heads up. He said he would call the manager and explain the problem and that someone would call me back. 40 minutes went by. No call. I called the main Mike Diamond 800 number and explained what was happening. I was told I'd get a call back. I told the operator that there was still a plumber waiting by my house and I didn't wanna continue leaving the poor guy hanging. Another 10 minutes went by, and then the plumber called me again asking if there was an update. I said, ""I have no update. No one has called me."" He said HE had called his manager explaining that I was at work and would need time to get to the house, and the manager said he'd call me...which he did not do. Anyway, it was all rather convoluted and silly and in the end it was a waste of my time and the plumber's time. Can't really speak to the quality of service since their communication was a disaster.

Gregorio came to my home today. They promise a 99 dollar drain cleaning, but he was there a few minutes and told me that his boss had a camera and he had to put it down to see if there was anything ""hard."" We have no trees, don't flush anything we're not supposed to, that was going to be $475.00. I asked if he could just clear the main, ""NO, we have to see what's there first."" Thanks, we have to do it ourselves....Home Depot, here we come!!!

BIGGEST RIPOFF!!! I was charged OVER $1900 for an AC pan replacement & checking the lines! I was ready to catch a flight & didn't have time to look for another company.

Booked appointment 2 days ahead, between the hours of 9am and 2pm. I was told I would receive a courtesy call 30 min. before the tech was arriving. I made arrangements to work from home, where I would be on the phone all day with clients I would normally take care of at work. According to Mike Diamond, they called at 9:18am when I was on a conference call, and they couldn't leave a message because the voicemail was full. 2pm came and went, with no other calls. From my perspective, just a complete ""no show"" with no explanation. The next day no calls, finally two days later I called and wanted an explanation. They said techs get busy, so if you don't answer the call when they call, they won't send someone out. And they won't follow up. It's on you to chase them down and make sure they come to your house, even though you made arrangements to be home all day. Funny they don't have a Facebook page, Twitter page, or Google page...must be to avoid terrible reviews. At least there's Yelp. Be warned, there has to be better providers out there.
