If I could rate this company any lower, I would. I made an appointment to have a plumber look at my sink drain and pipes to make sure everything was good to install a garbage disposal and dishwasher. I made the appointment a week and a half earlier. THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, they call me to say they wouldn't be honoring the appointment because they weren't actually installing the equipment. They never mentioned there was an issue and they gave us no time to find another plumber before the equipment was to be installed. Low class company..never again

I hired Mike's for an AC install in my newly renovated home. From the customer service reps to the technician who came, everyone was courteous and professional. Since my knowledge of AC systems is minimal at best, I appreciated the explanations the technician gave me and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. It's true that their prices are higher than other companies nearby, but you can't skimp on quality. My home is comfortable and there have been no issues.

Excellent service! In the aftermath of Hurricane Laura my tenant's hot water heater sprung a leak and the water shut off. I called Mike's and they got a supervisor out there that day, he attached a shut off valve and installed a new hot water heater the next day. The amount is exactly as quoted with no surprises. The plumber was pleasant and thorough.

I would definitely recommend them and will continue to call on them for our future needs.

Mikes plumbing told me thy needed to come out to my house to tell me how much they would charge to do a hydrostatic test. On arrival, the technician stated that they could not find the exterior pluming clean out valve and then dug a large number of holes in the yard to try to randomly find it without asking for permission. The technician then tried to pressure me into paying for extremely expensive and overpriced tests before I ultimately asked him to leave. The technician did not even fill in the random holes he dug! Do not use this company they are unprofessional scam artists!

I had noticed a dark spot in my daughters closet I emailed Mike's plumbing and within minutes I received a follow up phone call From a pleasant young lady by the name of Denise who set up my appointment for the following day technician Mr. Ramirez and Mr. Moreno showed up at my house as scheduled crawled up into my hot attic and informed me that I had several pinhole leaks in the water pipe . an estimate was given and the problem was taken care of they provided me photos of the corroded pipes and repairs that were made although a little pricey I am extremely satisfiedWith the great customer service and the quality of work that I received. I will definitely Mike's plumbing in the future

Wanted $900 labor fee for a $400 water Heater replacement ($1300 charge), all they want is to charge the $30 dollar arrival fee and overprice the work. Forget this company, spent too much on fancy trucks and trying to make back the expense?

Mike's Plumbing & Electric is terrible hired them to install a tankless water heater at my house. It was done incorrectly and almost burned down my home. Don't use this company, I had to hire another electrician to correctly install the tankless water heater. Incompetence is the best way to describe them

No Sir you haven't worked with me on this issue, it cost me an additional $1700 to fix what you were hired to do. I demanded that you cover $1000.00 of the work I had to pay for. You refused. So don't give me your pious statement about working with me. The people need to know you all are incompetent to service once needs.

I recently used this company for my a/c. I called and was told $30.00 service charge. Ok. When the serviceman arrived, he said it was an additional $90.00 to diagnose the a/c. I said ok to $120.00. He checked the a/c and said it would be $500.00 for freon because it didn't have any. I asked if it has a leak it would leak the freon. He said yes. Wanted to charge $300.00 to find the leak. $300.00 + $500.00=$800.00. Since the freon would leak out, an additional charge to replace the freon that leaked out.
$800.00 + additional charge up to $500.00.
I paid the $120.00 and said thank you no. I asked for a receipt but never got one. Maybe I should call IRS.
