Not only is their service reliable, but their phone support is very helpful as well. You talk to someone local, someone who cares and tries to be helpful. When I look at the negative reviews, I see people who are upset because they can't pay their bill- I get that, but that is not a fair basis to review- Love my fiber internet as well!!
Midsouth will cut your power - with out warning - even though your bill is paid . Then they will demand hundreds of dollars to restore service. Take note Texas utility commission, this company is long overdue for an audit
I am very disappointed. I am a frontline worker in health care and now home sick. MidSouth is my internet provider. There has been one issue after another with they admitted bad billing system and so far they are the only company who refuses to work with those affected by COVID. They refuse to work with any kind of payment arrangements.
