Stay away! I spoke to michael about my problem and he said he could be there the next morning at 8am to fix it. 8am came and he pushed back to noon. Noon came and he pushed back again another two hours. Once 2pm came he said he could not make it until the following day in the morning again. The following day came I text him saying I can get it done in the morning when can he come and he read the text and did not respond. If he couldn't do the job he could have told me instead of having me wait around all day for him to not show up. I got in contact with someone from down-n-out electric to show up to my house to fix the problem within an hour of calling. That is customer service. Definitely not what Michael is doing here.

I do not recommend this electrician. Michael wasn't clear on the phone with his charges but mentioned he charges $150 for the first hour. He came by and helped me with the fuse box as some outlets were not working. He just needed to show us where the fuse button is which took less than 15minutes but decided to charge us $150 which I think is clearly insane for anyone to do so. If you want to be charged $150 for 10minutes then go ahead and contact him.

Mike and his company did a great job of upgrading, moving, and fixing outlets in our kitchen, which is being remodeled. He also tested the integrity of the earth ground circuits and installed a new earth ground rod. He worked with our rough plan and helped us get things done right. Everything looks and works fine. His sense of humor was also helpful.
