we can't say enough good things about Nate and Donny, they literally saved our trip. they were here quick and fixed everything, our post is updated and the electrical in our motor home is all up and running again, these guys were literally lifesavers and we can't thank them enough!!!! thank you isn't enough, awesome job guys.

I needed a ceiling fan and some lights wired, also need a 110 wire with it's own designated breaker for a 110 hot tub I purchased. I specified exactly everything I needed and the women told me it would be a full day job so they would start at 8am. 2 guys showed up at 10:15, one electrician who looked to be all hung over and a helper who didn't know much. They walked around for about 45 minutes doing nothing. I went outside to do some work and my wife came home after 2 hours and still they did nothing. I saw on my ring doorbell camera that another guy showed up, came in for about 10 minutes and after that it seemed work got started. They asked for a diagram of the hot tub plug so my wife went to the store to talk to the salesman who couldn't believe electrician's were asking this question. Around 3pm the one guy cut his finger so bad he couldn't continue, so his helper put one of the switches back in and put it in upside down. They said they would send another crew out another day and assured us that it would be done before the hot tub delivery. 2 other guys came the following week (2 days before hot tub delivery) They finished all the work that needed to be done however they ran a 220 wire instead of 110 which is what I needed!! Which cost me more money and it was not needed! They didn't have the proper plug for the hot tub but the guy gave his cell number and said text me when they come with the hot tub and I will shoot right out. My hot tub arrived and I texted him right away that they brought the plug and it just needed to be wired up. He never got back to me so the next day I called someone else and they came right out and finished the job in 10 minutes. The other electrician which I had to pay more money to said the same thing that it didn't need a 220 wire because it is just tucked away not being used. Finally 3 days later the other guy got back to me and started asking the same questions about the plug as the 1st guys, looking for a picture or diagram. Not sure why licensed electricians are even asking this question!! Bottom line is when you hire someone who knows what they are doing, you see the difference. I recommended Michael J Looney to 2 of my friends because I had used them once in the past and had no issues with the guy they sent out. Maybe they went downhill or maybe I was just lucky but they will not be getting my recommondation ever again

I contacted them around November 2022 to install a power pole. They said it would be around Jan 22, 2023 to get to it. I called back around the 28th to find out that they could now do it in March. They scheduled the pole install, which was a 2 day job. They came out day 1, installed the pole and left the trench open. I found out about 2 weeks later they never finished the job when I called them. They scheduled the final work promptly and completed the job. They set themselves up as the service contact without my knowledge or consent so I would not receive any notice that a bill was due until FPL shut off the power. This happened 3X. I think this company could benefit from a new operations manager because communication between the work and the scheduler seems to be lacking. It has been very frustrating working with them even though each individual was very nice when I actually spoke to someone. Today I found out that the final inspection was scheduled for this week (July 7,2023)...4 months after the job was supposed to be completed because it failed the inspection. The excuse I received was that ""the county is very busy, this is normal."" I kinda have to call foul on that response. I will say, they were priced very fairly for the job and did not try and gouge me on the price like one of their competitors. That company was 100% more, claiming it was a 5 day job. That made me laugh. In closing: If you want a fair price, Looney is it. You just have to be okay with serving as an active project manager since they get an F in that department.

I sincerely hope the owner takes time to read my review and make the necessary changes to get their rating up to 5 stars.

Fuck this company!!! I had a quote from February to have my meter replaced and the lady working did nothing with it. I was supposed to be scheduled within a few weeks.. heard nothing. After contacting them again to see what was up, the lady turns out was fired. After getting rescheduled for June 12, after coordinating with FPL and the day of, no confirmation calls or anything! Called at 7 am to make sure they were still coming and said we were red huaca in with no notification!! This was after waiting for 4 months!! Fuck this business and the shitty service!

We really love this company! Second time we have used them. They installed 7 fans and 3 pendant lights today! Excellent job! We will use them again and again!

These folks were extremely rude and indicated that if we were just shopping around they weren't interested in helping us. We needed an electrician for an emergency and we're told they were extremely busy and could give us an appointment in two weeks. We would never call them again

Very professional. Efficient work crew. Arrived on time and performed the generator install and start up and received county inspection approval same day. No hiccups. Highly recommend this company. Bryan and Stan are responsive to their customers and we always received a timely response from the staff.

Highly recommend this company for your electrical work. They have fast and efficient scheduling and the electrician showed up when promised.

The installation of a generator bypass system went very well. Jesse installed the interlock system and It functions as promised. He hot tested the system, with my new generator and explained the whole process very thoroughly. All set for any power outage!

Make them your first call for your install!

This electrician was recommended by Venice Outdoor where I purchased a large portable Generac generator. Engaged Looney to install a transfer switch and home surge protector for over $1,000.

They were scheduled to come out between 8-10 am. No one showed and no one called. We called them and a tech Jesse finally showed up at 4.30 pm. He did not have the tools required to do the job and left.

Promised to return on Saturday between 8 - 8.30 am. No one showed. We had to call them again. Stated ""Stan"" was supposed to have called us to cancel - he did not.

Apparently, they still don't have the required tool ( they claimed to have done many homes the same model as mine) and rescheduled again. This has been a three week process with as yet no results.

Customer care and communication could us improvement.

Amazed by the positive reviews as our experience with them has not been good thus far. If they blow off the next (third) appointment , I think it will be past time to go elsewhere....
