Larry Micallef (and his apprentice) did a fine job installing outside electrical lights along our new pergola patio cover (these lights were left hanging after the oak tree in which they were attached came down during a storm).

Excellent! I highly recommend Larry Micallef. He showed up right when he said he would, and observed COVID protocol. He installed a couple of fans and some outdoor outlets. We live in a Pulte Delweb home in the Club
I discover the address number lamp was out, booth lightbulbs appear to be out
Thinking that it should be a easy fix, I tried replacing one of the bulb #9732 and it did not work!
I contacted the Club and they told me they don't have any information but to call Pulte home
I contacted Pulte home and they said it maybe the ballast or the lamp fixture, I asked how the lamps are powered and found out it was powered by the same source as the door bell. The door bell and address number lamps was powered through a Power transformer and it is a 12 volt system
Pulte said there are no warranty on item such as this and to contact a electrician

I contacted Larry Micallef Electric at 1 (916) 872-7463
Larry came out and said he never seen one failed before!
He took the fixture out and tested the current and said there is power to fixture and possibly the fixture was defective/burned out.
I told him I have the replacement light bulbs and so he tried one and it did not work.
Long story the fixture function like a Christmas tree light, booth bulbs must be good for it to function!!!
So after replacing both bulbs, now the address number light function as it should.
Larry resealed the address number light fixture and after 30 minutes work that he normally charges $90 for visit! Larry said I'm not going to gouge you and $20 would be fine!
Larry is a great trust worthy electrician!
Next time if your address number lamp is out, buy yourself TWO #9732 lightbulbs before contacting an electrician or Pulte Home!

Larry, the owner came to do the wiring for our patio (ceiling fan). He did a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend him.
