Carlos was recommended to me by a friend and her husband who hired him for electrical work at their house.
I contacted him for a few electrical jobs that I had in my condo. He did not disappoint and I would highly recommend him. From start to finish, all of his correspondence was professional, timely and detailed. He took great care of all of my projects: replaced bathroom light fixture, tighten loose ceiling fan, replaced 2 smoke detectors, installed surge protector, replaced thermostat panel and replaced kitchen track lighting. He was friendly and charged a fair price for his services. Without hesitation, I will call on him for all of my future electrical work. It's always great to work with a competent professional who knows what he's doing.

I was able to send them pictures of my issue and they were able to give me an estimate based on the pictures I sent. They came the very next day (on time) and took care of the problem. We had our electrical panel blow and start smoking at 7 pm. We called these guys and they came out at 9 pm to help us. Carlos was great and reconnected the power to our AC for the night so we could sleep comfortably. Then, he came back the next morning to hook up a new panel. He was the most courteous and helpful person we have ever had come to the house to fix things. Highly recommend these guys if you have any electrical issues.

Carlos and company were really good electricians and very nice persons.They diagnosed the problem with my old jumble of a wiring mess in no time and were able to fix the issue with bathroom lighting in less than 1/2 hour. Not only that they provided good advice on load distribution and even routed some poorly done loads for more efficient use.

They were also very upfront and honest about pricing.

I very highly recommend them and will be my first choice if I ever run into any electric issue.

I contacted Miami Electric Wizards through here on Yelp. I needed my electric panel replaced. Charlie responded right away. A few texts and pictures later I had a quote. We scheduled a time for the same week. The day of, he showed up on time and finished earlier than expected. He looked over my home and pointed out a few other problems I will have to fix eventually. He's a very knowledgeable and friendly person. I highly recommend!

Here's the deal. Hot water heater stopped working. Sears came out and said it's broke and we need a new one. They did the install and $1100 later we still had no hot water. When we got Sears back out, the installer said he never checked the amps on the electrical supply line to the water heater. There was no power. He said it was the breaker and replaced it. Still no power. Said we have to call an electrician. (cold showers suck)

I reached out to Carlos and he was able to come the next day. After only a few minutes inspecting, he was able to isolate the problem. A switch. Not only did he replace and move the switch to a better location, He also replaced the improper wiring that the Sears installer did. Everything is in ""Code"" now. Great work. Highly recommend Carlos and Miami Electric Wizards!
