I had an issue with my office air conditioner periodically throwing the electrical breaker.  We could reset the breaker and it would be fine for a few days and then the air conditioner would stop cooling and it would be a thrown breaker again  This went on for a couple of weeks before I called WireMasters.  They had a technician out the very next day.  He seemed most knowledgeable and went right to work.  First he took the cover off the air conditioner unit and ran some test and then came into the building and took the cover off the breaker panel and inspected the wiring.  In less than an hour he determined the problem was a faulty breaker, gave me a complete run down on what the situation was, replaced the breaker, reassembled everything and was on his way.
 
Often service people try to take advantage of women's lack of knowledge of things mechanical.  I hate that.  This was a speedy, no B.S., experience.  The technician was most capable, he didn't leave a mess in the office and the price was reasonable (considering the cost of plumbers and electricians these days).  This company has won my favor with a simple service call.

This company provided amazing service. I called the office and the staff was very friendly, they were able to get a technician out within 2 hours! The electrician, Juan, arrived and was very knowledgable and nice. I needed to have a comcast cable run through the attic and into an outlet. Juan called for some additional help because it was a two man job, and Jose (The Warehouse Manager) drove all the way from Miami to Pembroke Pines to help! It was a tough job, they had to crawl through the attic and cut some holes into the dry wall in order to run the cable, but they got it done! They also patched up the holes and vacuumed the floor and left everything clean. Comcast would have charged me DOUBLE the price.

I highly recommend this company, and Juan & Jose were both super courteous, friendly, and helpful. Thank you

I have used wiremasters 3 times now for my electrical needs, and everytime I have had a wonderful experience with both and staff at the office, and the techs. The first time I needed to have my electrical panel looked at because the lights in my house were flickering. After having several electricians come to my house to try and see the problem, wiremasters was finally able to isolate the problem and fix it.

The second time I called them I needed 4 ceiling fans installed. We had ceilings fans previously installed by friends of the family and they were not installed properly which was causing us some problems. We decided to have wiremasters do it this time, and their service was not only prompt, but they were very professional, wearing little orange booties so my house would not get dirty.

The third time was yesterday. I needed to have lighting and electrical outlets installed in my garage, and a tech was able to be at my house in 1 hour for an estimate. I had 4 recess lighting fixtures installed plus a 4 socket outlet installed in my wall. The tech, Ezra was nice, on time, and worked very hard to finish the job. It took him a little over 4 hours to get everything done, but the results were superb. He even vacummed and cleaned when he finished.

This company is amazing. Sure, you will pay more than you ""I have a friend!"" electricians, but they do the job right the first time, and they work well.

I will be using wiremasters for all my electrical needs in the future.

These are all fake reviews... I had issues with my electrical meter which was causing some flickering in my house. I told them what the problem was, what was causing the problem, and that I needed a price. First thing was that they showed up late (scheduled between 11:30 and 12:30, showed up at 12:50). Then to get a quote to fix my electrical issue it cost me $200 because they had to ""troubleshoot"" (aka take the meter reader off and look at the meter, which is what I told them the issue was in the first place). However there was no mention of this troubleshooting fee prior to them coming out. According to the nice lady on the phone, ""if they put on their workman's belt and step into your house, they are troubleshooting"". Then to fix my electrical meter, they quoted $3k more than the next highest electrician ($3.2k just to replace a meter... Really? Not to mention all the other wire replacements which was an additional $1.5k). The same job ended up costing me $1.6k with someone else. But hey, the kc wiremaster technician said that if I go with them, they'll refund me the $200... Grrreeaaatt! I lost $200 but at least I learned who not to trust.

I called Wiremasters, after finding them on Angie's list, to fix a few lighting issues and they got us an appointment fairly quickly which I appreciated. Ezra was the electrician and he was very friendly and got the job done in less than hour! The price was reasonable and they honored a coupon I had from Angie's list. I would highly recommend them because they seemed very straightforward and honest, you might find someone who quotes you less when you initially call but costs a lot more in the long run. I felt like I got a fair deal by someone who knew what he was doing and that's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Ezra & Wiremasters!

I had a great experience with Wiremasters. After dealing with the electrician my landlord had hired (he cancelled on me 3 times, after I waited for hours), I researched a company that would show up on time. And show up on time they did.
The technician gave me all sorts of options for fixing a broken hot water heater I had. He was up front about all the costs and advantages and disadvantages to fixing it. Also - which I loved - he asked for a broom after to sweep up. Now I have hot water and it looks like he was never here. I love it.

Terrible experience with this electric company! Prices are too high. And they left holes in my walls. The electrician that came to my house left a mess and didn't bother cleaning up. And did I mention he was rude when I asked him to clean up. Very disrespectful! And he smelled like pot!! Never again will my husband and I call them for any of our electrical issues.

we called them to fix a flickering fixture in my office and change a few bulbs. The guys who showed up were very polite but they put in the wrong color bulbs and had to change them them out. the bill was extremely high. I will not call them again.

If I could give this company zero or negative stars, I would....
We saw a ton of (FAKE) reviews recommending them so gave them a call... beware of all the scammy positive reviews-- these people are NOT to be trusted.

I called and had a nice guy come out and give me a reasonable estimate then I had to hunt them to get that estimate emailed to me so we could begin the job (and I was under a tight deadline!). When they emailed an estimate it was more than what I was originally told, so i had to call and speak to the owner to get it back to what they had agreed on site. Scheduling them was a complete nightmare I won't get into.

Finally, they sent another (different) electrician from the company to my house for the job. He then told me he would not do the job because it's an older place and he wanted me to upgrade the WHOLE electrical to do so (even though I had agreed and signed a separate waiver releasing them from any liabilities for work at my place?).. I obliged and said they could fix just what was necessary, which jumped my estimate from $600 to $2100.... So he left without completing the job to order the parts.

Again, I had to chase them down for that written estimate and the scheduling thereof. When I got the estimate in, it had now jumped to nearly $8,000. WTF. I was outraged and called the electrician, who casually said it could just as easily be done for $3,600, which is an incredible difference in price. So which is it???

It's like they don't know what they're doing and are just stringing people along with a very messy and upsetting operation. Finally, we had to cancel the whole thing and get someone else to do it. THANK GOD I came to my senses before they wasted any more of my time.

Their customer service was horrible too. If you get Ashley on the phone, be prepared to want to punch her by the end of the day.
