Although I did not use their service, I want to commend Miami Electric Masters on their professionalism. I called for an estimate and spoke to a very courteous gentleman that was able to give me an estimate and schedule an appointment. My interaction was very pleasant and left a good impression on me. If I necessitate electrical work in the future I will give them a call.

I needed some assistance in installing 5 fans in terrace and several light fixtures in house.. . As was a returning customer asked if we could have same technician which came out for a previous job at our house. Freddy arrived as per appointment time and did a great job. First, they were cheerful. They arrived promptly, in fact a few minutes early to view the job. We had short circuits in old landscape wiring, as well as a defective surge protector in our electrical panel. They gave competitive quotes and responded to a quick fix date for rewiring our outdoor lights and review other electrical issues our Homeowner Association had. The work was completed ahead of schedule. The crew was upbeat, professional and skilled. Freddie Martinez called before, during and after the work to communicate their progress. Others at the office were quick to relay messages and respond to questions most professionally. They agreed readily to analyze other issues brought to their attention during the job. They were tidy, shared their professional insights about existing electrical anomalies within our community, and made recommendations without pushing or insisting on what course of action needed attention. Miami Electric Masters, what a find for our community! They completed the job with competence and professionalism.

I have an old house that is a mess. When half the house went dark, I knew I was going to need some serious help. Freddy showed up early, step by step walked me through all the possibilities and gave me a fair quote. He was friendly, thoughtful, and very knowledgable. This company is reliable, professional, and well organized which is exactly what you want when choosing someone to do repairs at your home. We had an issue with a breaker that kept tripping and they were able to fit us in for the very next day which was great. A master electrician arrived promptly and fixed the issue. They send you emails to confirm your appointment and send you copies of your receipt via email as well which is very convenient.

The one thing to note is that they are on the pricey side but as with everything, you get what you pay for. Overall, a very good experience.

After Hurricane Irma tore the conduit from my house (not a problem FPL deals with)
, I called Miami Electric Masters. Freddy Martinez arrived enthusiastic and ready to help. My house was the cause of a short that put my neighborhood out and this allowed us to be up and running in relatively short order. Great work. Freddy was skilled, knowledgable and 'electric'. Pun intended. I will be using him again. Thanks Freddy!

The technician Kent came and spent about 15 mins to fix our minor electrical problems. And it costs us $259+3%credit card fee. Not sure if it's the norm in the United States or Miami, but I found it quite expensive.

However, I'd still give 4 stars because of its great customer service. It was easy to make an appointment and the the technician came on time, solved the problem efficiently and was professional. I also received email from them clearly stating everything Kent has done at my apartment. If I paid $259 to get a technician to come on time, being professional in Miami, I think it's still worth it. (You know what I mean - how people act in Miami sometimes.)

One thing they didn't mention when I made appointment was that if you pay with credit card, a 3% service fee will be charged.


The receipt stated:

Technician trouble shot circuit for bedroom found loose wire in panel. Checked 2 fixtures in the living room & dinning room . Both fixtures have bad sockets. Installed a bulb in kitchen fixture""

Most companies over promise and under deliver but NOT Freddy. He talked a great game and back up every word. The best and most honest electrician I have dealt with. While not everything he told me was good news he explained everything very clearly and what needed to be done and why. Never once did I feel ripped off. He was outstanding and very professional. Will be using his services agian for sure. If you read this Freddy keep up the great work BZ.

They were great and responsive. Always reaching out to me to follow up and make sure I understood what was happening. When they didn't have their own electrician to help me out, they reached out to a partner company and were able to get me a visit the same day. They were able to come in very shortly after I made the initial call and able to fix the issue within the hour. Very happy with the work they did.
