This is easily the best group of electricians in Miami. Manny and Chris helped me properly wire a tankless electric water heater (I converted from an old gas tank model). They were very professional and effective. Pricing was transparent and fair. Great customer service.

I am fortunate to have found this amazing company. Talking about profecionalism, these guys wrote the book on the subject. The job I challenged them with was absolutely a nightmare for me, yet the technician was instrumental in reassuring me, what , when and how it will be corrected. Coustomer care is absolute amazing, the knowledge and fair estimate given was one I could not refuse compared to other electricians in the area. What impressed me the most, is the level of responsibility they take in securing that the job is completed up to code and guaranteed without questions, they worked with the inspectors from FPL and in no time I was back in business. The owner is a friendly and responsible individual who will bend backwards to make sure you are satisfied with the technicians job. Bottom line if you need a reliable electric company call these guys you will be satisfied with the high quality work.

The company messaged me about scheduling an appointment. We discussed several dates and times and we decided on a time that worked for us both. And about 30 minutes later they emailed that i was out of their seevice area. I left for work and low and behold i saw 1 of their service vans pass right by me as i sat at the red light. I was 5 minutes away from my house. Needless to say that they lied about not servicing my area, not sure y but a business like that is not worth my time or money. Not to b trusted

These guys are the best, and the most professional electricians in Miami. They are reliable, prompt and competent. They installed a new circuit breaker unit . If I had listened to the electrician who the building recommended, it would have been installed in the wrong place and not up to code. Alain, advised me on everything. He installed new lighting in my bedroom, checked all of my outlets and repaired several outlets that were installed incorrectly by people who my condominium association recommended. I not only recommend this company highly, I would give them a 6 star rating if I could. They gave me estimates before they started any work and honored each estimate, even if the job was more complicated than anticipated. This was the first time in many years that I have felt confident in people who I have hired.
I have lived in Miami for a very long time and no matter how hard I have tried to learn Spanish to survive here, I have failed. Alain, Jimmy and Harold are bi-lingual. They dealt with the ridiculous, strict and abusive management of my condominium. The condo management has made it difficult for me to hire anyone that is not on their list, almost everyone on their list only speaks Spanish. Many businesses refuse to work in my condominium complex, because they have been harassed by the management and made to wait for long periods of time. Miami Electric Masters handled the entire situation beautifully. Their office staff contacted the management and arranged everything in advance. I did not have any stress.
I am so grateful to my friend who recommended this company to me.

NOT 24hr service! Left 3 messages with after hours answering service, multiple Yelp quote/service requests, and numerous phone calls and it took 48 hours to finally get an email from them. Obviously already had work completed by then. What a joke!
