I was referred to Metta Electric by my GC for some repair work on my Ring Doorbell system. We're part timers from the mainland and they were able to respond next day, in our absence, which is always nerve racking. I'd easily say they're the best deal I got all day !!!!!!! After moving into our new home we experienced power outages. We called HELCO and thought we had the problem solved. One day I was preparing food for a very special birthday party for my granddaughter. The power went out and we could not get it to come back on. We called HELCO and they were of no help. We called Metta Electric and they had us up and running in no time!! We were able to complete making all the food and the party was wonderful! After initial contact, owner Kyle, came out to my house the next day. He is timely, knowledgeable and professional. Recently I had a Tesla Wall Charger and NEM+ installed on my house. Metta electric did not do the initial install, but someone else did. I have reason to believe it may have been installed incorrectly. Kyle, came out and pinpointed the issue. He identified it and fixed the problem. Super efficient. I would recommend this company to work on your home.
