Metropower just left here. We are selling in a day and a half. Had to get the Challeger box replaced before to sale. Now we have to repair a 16 x3 hole that they left in the wall. We spent $1800 for it to be replaced and for them to be here for a couple of hours. To me, this should be part of the service. Not leaving a gaping hole that we have to now pay to have someone else come and fix after paying you for what you did not complete.

Well I can tell you, not a happy camper right now. Been waiting for months to get a generator installed. Still don't have it. Poor communication!!! Thank God my husband was home, a person from the power company came to shut down our power!!! No one called me to set up an appointment for this, not the power company nor Metro Power!!. If my husband would not have been home, we would have come home to NO POWER. So we are thinking is this a legit company or are we being scammed? We are thinking of not using this company and canceling this whole job!!!!?

I gave this company two stars because Steve was friendly and professional, but his estimate was outrageous compared to what I got from another company ($3,000 for under cabinet lights vs. $725) and phone calls were not returned in a timely manner.

Don't normally write reviews but MetroPower deserves one after today. One of the condos in our association had a main breaker issue located outside (lost power leg). I decided to call MetroPower after reading good things about them. Steve, the service manager was at the site within 1 hour. After about another hour, he had the problem solved with the help and tremendous cooperation of CHELCO (local power company). VERY FAIR PRICING and on top of that, Steve is genuinely a good guy!

Fabulous electricians! Came same day we called, no trip charge for Sandestin Homeowners.... I was having an issue with my garage GFCI constantly tripping due to two golf carts charging. He installed an additional outlet with a 20 amp breaker for under $150 bucks! AWESOME! Totally recommend.

I used the to install 3 vanity lights, install 4 ceiling fans, run channel wire up a wall to hang a light fixture and remove 3 switches. Well it took the two different guys and two days to do that and they even didn't remove the switches. Slow moving guys. $900. I will not call them again or recommend them.
