We had a backup from our kitchen sink. We had used MetroPower before and were happy with their service. We called them again. It turned out to be a difficult problem. The metro tech reported what he found to his supervisor who came to our house and consulted. He sent his team of plumbers over to go through our cement slab to locate the exact problem. It was unusual and they called help to look at it and take pictures. They then fixed the problem efficiently and included us in each step of the process. The cost was in line with the estimate and actually less than we thought it would be. We were very happy with their work.

I had a pipe burst under my house necessitating that the water be turned off I called four plumbers. MetroPower responded within the hour and were at my home in 10 minutes. They professionally and personably replaced the pipe. I had water in less than an hour. The bill was very reasonable. MetroPower will definitely the one plumber I call if and when I have any further plumbing needs. Great job!

So disappointed with this company! They stayed for three hours for a job that was done in one by another company. Charged me for the time they had to leave to get more supplies. Also, charged me for the ""assistant""! The professional watched and gave direction to the assistant. They had the nerve to charge me for 3 hours of labor for the ""professional"" and 2 hours for the ""assistant""! I will give them one star because the job was completed but I will never call them again!
