I have NEVER dealt with a less professional or ethical company. They installed street lights in our community that weren't at all what we requested. THEN to solve the light pollution supervisor Steve Burns suggested using PIE PLATES to remediate the problem, which didn't work, of course. There was NO attempt on the company's part to do anything to help and, our complaints were totally ignored. We spent about $18,000 for the work, and Metro Electric didn't care as long as they got their money. Don't EVER use this company!

Installed street lighting in our community. Failed to follow our requirement and now have lights shining directly into multiple home's. When requested to fix the problem, Metro Electric failed to do so. We did not want to pay for the incorrect work done. In return they had their lawyers contact us demanding payment threatening to send us to collections. Horrible experience. Stay away from this company.

I have worked with Paul Peterson for about one year now as the company Electrician. He is the definition of the word ""professional"". He knows exactly what every problem is and fixes it perfectly. He even cleans up after himself! Paul configured the electrical and plugs so that one department could all use their space heaters. I really appreciate a Pro who is so good at and takes pride in their job.

I also recommend Scott Watkins from this Company. He was sent out while Paul was on vacation and is excellent as well.
