I was extremely disappointed with Cesar Molina, the owner of Metro Electric. He was 8 hours late for an appointment and charged me more than double the going rate for the procedure he did. I am a new homeowner in Naples and called Cesar since he was recommended by Jonathan Front who is the HOA recommended handyman for my complex. My air conditioner has a condensation holder that needs emptying once a year. Average cost for this service is $79-$80. Cesar charged me $170 plus tried to upsell me new wiring for a tankless water heater. I have a brand new water heater!
