At first I had a few issues with my panel but they rosolve all of the issues and did a great job upgrading my panel from a 100A to a 200A. They also install my tesla charger and I had zero issues with it. Well done!

I can't believe i made such a horrible mistake going with this company without properly vetting them. I had them come out to provide a report of their electrical findings in conjunction with a possible home purchase. 1st they came late and 2nd when i started calling to see where their technician was, i started getting a message that the number I was calling was disconnected. After several attempts, i finally gave up and had to leave the property. As i was calling around for another electrician, i got a call from the property owners who stated Mesa was there. Relieved, i cancelled the 2nd electrician. When i went to call Mesa again, same disconnected number message. I figured they were having telephone line issues and decided to wait for them to call me. I got a phone call the next day and they said yes, they had been out to the site and they would be providing the report. They said they were having issues with the telephone line. They emailed me an invoice, which i proceeded to pay. They said the report was coming shortly. 90 minutes later, no report, so i called and left a VM that i was still waiting on the report. No response, so i waited another hour and still nothing so i called again. Again, went to VM, left another message. Around 4:20 PM i started getting very nervous because it was Friday and i really needed the report and couldn't wait thru the weekend. I started calling every10 minutes and after my 3rd call, i stopped getting their VM and started getting the ""number disconnected"" message again. Needless to say, lesson learned. I will be cancelling my Credit card payment

It pains me to have my first review be a negative one, especially for a local business that's been around for so long. We spoke to Dale at Mesa Electric to get someone to install a 50amp plug for our RV. They didn't show up so we called them again. We ended up having a technician named William show up looking very unprofessional and unprepared for the job. He told us he needed to go to Home Depot for parts then he never returned. We called him the next day and he told us he needed to go pick up his kids the day before.
He came out the next day and installed a plug which worked for about 12hours before quitting.
William showed up a 3rd and 4th time looking completely baffled as to what he was supposed to do. A phone call to a family friend who is an electrician revealed that William was attempting to do something that had a very high potential of causing a fire. William agreed to meet the family friend later in the evening but he never showed up.
He also took the plug he had installed as well as took another plug that he attempted to splice into.
The electrician we brought in believes William took the plug he installed with him because it was most likely melted and ruined and could have been used as evidence of endangerment.
Buyer beware. Mesa Electric is no longer the reliable company it once was. It is by pure luck that William's work didn't start a fire.
Lousy customer service, unreliable and unsafe. I wouldn't have given even one star had I have had a lower option.
