Prompt, professional, communicated well; however, after contacting 3 electricians post work. $464.00 for changing out 2 breakers is overpriced in my opinion.

I Called Merlans with a cut wire and was greeted by the
owner in less than an hour with a response. Since I do not live in
the house , I was offerday an appointment that was convenient for me. I
was very impressed with the owner. Nestor indicated what he thought and told me what they would probably do. I also recieved a message from the elctrician that day. They were there waiting at the gate when i arrived , came in and with in 1 hour had the wire in the attic replaced with minmal cutting . Both of the electricians who came were polite and told me exactly was they were doing. I was very pleased with the work they did and I considered the price to be very reasonable. Needless to say Merlans is my electric company.

Nestor came within a few hours of our initial call on what was assumed to be a fact finding mission to verify fluctuating voltages in our home. In about 30 minutes, he identified and fixed the problem, and gave me information on the next steps to take with Oncor to confirm. Very reasonable price, excellent customer service, and great work! We now have a family electrician!
