veronica d.Not reliable. I called and provided info on my project, so Ivan set up an appointment for Sunday 12pm. It was 12:15pm and no call/no show, so I called him and he said he forgot about our appointment. We rescheduled for the next day Monday 5pm - and again he did not show, did not call. I did not call him because he wasted my time and I didn't want to reschedule for another time so he doesn't show up. I hate to give a bad review but this guy is not reliable from my experience and my opinion.
