Out of the blue on a Sunday afternoon I lost power in my den. No computer or TV. Called Mark Monday morning and he was in the middle of installing a new electrical service panel for someone. He promised to call that evening to set up a time and he did so. He managed to fit me in first thing Tuesday morning, which I appreciated. He actually arrived a few minutes early. How often does that happen? Two hours later the problem was diagnosed and fixed. Again, I am more than happy to give Mark and Jason five stars.
