If you live in a nice home and you really like your home stay away from Cesar Mendoza and his crew of ""electricians""! I hired him for a very simple job of reducing 2 existing wall sconces to just one and reconnecting it to the existing wall switch for the bathroom that was being remodeled. Cesar came with some lad, very quickly explained to him what was needed to be done and left. The lad did some work, assured me that everything was completed as agreed upon, collected the full payment and left. I proceeded with the full bathroom remodeling project just to learn that the there was NO power to the wall sconce that Cesar was hired to do! The only 2 ways to power the wall sconce were to either demolish expensive custom mirrors and open up the wall from inside or break the custom finished stucco wall from outside. When I paid for removing 2 large mirrors to expose the electrical wire that Cesar's lad work o, the wire was all bunched up, shoved deep inside the wall and never connected to the existing wall switch. No wonder there was no power coming to the wall sconce! Moreover, Cesar NEVER tested the original electrical wire before he ordered the clueless ""electrician"" to cut it and that wire was going to the upstairs wall sconce that now has no power either. I had to file a written complaint with the Contractors License State Board to report a shoddy business that Cesar is doing.

The best of the best! Cesar and his crew are a very busy and hard working team. You can count of them for top quality work. Last year I had them replace the panel at my house and I remember the county official that issued the permit showed up to my house and said ""Oh, Cesar did this job?"" And then repeatedly talked about how they love reviewing his work because he is so meticulous. If that isn't the absolute best sign that you could have when hiring an electrician, then I don't know what it.

The person who answered asked me to explain my problem (a few outlets that need troubleshooting) then says ""oh I'm sorry we're not available at the moment.""

We have had a few electrical issues recently. One was our smoke detector system and the other was power in our garage. I called Mendoza Electric both times and the issue was fixed immediately! Cesar, the owner, is so nice and helpful! They arrived fast, had GREAT customer service, fixed the problem and didn't break the bank. They didn't try to give me the run around or upsell like other companies I have dealt with in the past. I will always call Mendoza Electric for any Electrical needs! Highly Recommend!!!!

Great 10/10 service, tree lights in our front garden came out greater than we expected. He also installed lights in our back patio and now we can enjoy family bbqs back there when the sun goes down. Done in a clean and professional manner. Highly recommendable!

Excellent service! Contacted the company and communication was great. They were able to get me scheduled within 7 days to do some big projects and their work was 100% professional. I plan to have them do a couple more smaller projects soon. Support local businesses and hire these guys if you want high quality work done!

It's been like pulling teeth to get this guy out to my house. When he finally did make it he spent less than 5 minutes performing an ""inspection"" that was supposed to be of every outlet in my entire house for replacement. Long story short he made another appointment with me to do the install. This guy didn't show up, I called him the next day asking what happened and he immediately snapped back at me and says, "" I was there knocking on your door for days, I even took a picture."" Well that's weird because myself and two other adults as well as 5 children were there. None of us heard this so called knocking. Not to mention I have a doorbell and he has my phone number. Why not call? I asked these things and he was very rude and says I don't work for you, meaning he works for my property management company. Well excuse me but I am the tenant. Needless to say I won't be allowing this company to perform any kind of electrical work in this old already not up to code house. I don't want to die in an electrical fire because this guy is an angry jerk. No thank you. My manager even over heard the conversation on speaker phone and was appalled as well. Spoke to me as if I were some kind of craxy ex girlfriend. Completely unprofessional and rude. Do not recommend.

Called these guys today. Person who answered phone was unprofessional. Just said ""Hello"" like I was inconveniencing him.

Then I asked if they would be able to have a look at a burned out box for a water pump, and he just said ""we're not available today"" and hung up.

So, long story short, we will not be using them for any of our properties.

Very Unprofessional Over charged me for basically doing nothing Then my wall coughs on fire from I guess a shorted out wire anyways please don't use this company or you are going to go through the hell im going through

Cesar is very fairly priced and yet incredibly knowledgeable. He and his crew have been doing work for me for years. He recently saved us from a potential electrical hazard in our attic.
He is also very creative with lighting and outlet placement. Sometimes he thinks of things I overlooked such as; outlets on our kitchen island, under-cabinet lighting, and stronger bathroom exhaust fans to avoid mold issues. I highly recommend Mendoza Electric.
