Unprofessional. I asked for an invoice with a breakdown of what I was paying for. I was only given a slip with the price of parts. No where on the invoice did it say anything about how much labor was , or for how long. Also, the owner told me ""I dealt with him, not you"" when I asked for the invoice.

Hank is a great electrician. His company has always been my ""go-to"" electricians. He does great work and his prices are competitive. His guys are also very polite and worked hard to resolve my issue. In fact they will be wiring an addition that we are building now. I've never had anything but a good experiences with them.

I hired Mems Electric to do the elctrical work related to a home renovation project including replacing the electric service, power a new HVAC system, add ceiling fans, and various other items. They started very quickly and were good to work with. BUT when I called them to come back and hang fixtures and finish up they were unresponsive. Also I noted that all of the circuits in the kitchen didn't work. I had to hire another electrician to finish. That electrican found that the circuits in the kitchen were abandoned when MEMS replaced the service. It cost me several thousands of dollars to finish/ correct MEMS work.
