My air conditioner shut off, I saw that the circuit breaker popped so I reset it. After about 20 minutes the breaker would pop again. So I figured it was time to get an HVAC diagnosis done.

Diagnosis came back saying a new compressor is needed, thousands of dollars!! Yikes! So I start shopping around and one of the HVAC companies recommend I get my breakers checked out because sometimes a bad compressor reading can lead to the breaker.

Remember, I have no ac, it's 100+ degrees out. So I start messaging all the electricians in South Austin to see if anyone can come at 4pm just before the day is ending.

Megawatts pro sends me to their electrician Omar, whom I messaged and he told me could try to make it out tonight. I was so grateful.

Omar comes over, I tell him everything I knew about the HVAC diagnosis, he goes and measures all the breakers and connections and everything measures ok.

But then he also notices a loose wire lead to the breaker to the AC, so he tightens that not much more than a quarter turn. And so far the AC has been running all night!! Beautiful luxurious cool air!!

Omar is a true gem of a professional folks. He is so obviously on my contact list after this experience! I can't thank him and the folks at megawatts enough. I will definitely be coming to them in the future for any electrical needs!!

Went back to Dustin after his excellent work. This time I needed an outdoor light installed, as well as a couple of switches and a new outlet. All the work was perfect and he even came back by to check on things for me after the work was done a few days later. Highly recommended!

Awesome! So thankful to Dustin and Liz - they totally saved me today! I had an electrical emergency that caused the hot water to go out at a rental property. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP for my tenants. Justin came out and identified the issue right away and got it fixed quickly. They called when they said they would and they were there when they said they would be. Great service! Highly recommend!
