A great experience all the way around for my industrial building install. Gary was prompt at returning calls and emails. He supervised and worked on the install with his crew. The work was professional and there were no problems with the city permitting/inspection or power company. It was a pleasure working with a guy who does his own bidding as well as being involved with the whole process. Any questions you have starting from the first meeting are answered by the guy that knows the answer in detail, not by a fast talking sales guy.

I recently moved to Cali, bought a house and decided to go solar right away. After multiple appointments with various energy providers, I chose Mega Power which I don't regret. My experience with them was absolutely wonderful. They installed quality panels at an affordable price. Jana was my coordinator, she explained me how solar works and the difference between a lease and a purchase. For me it made more sense to purchase the solar system out right so I can take advantage of the 30% federal tax credit. The company handled getting all the approvals with the local utility company, which helped a lot. I have been up and running for two months and cant believe the energy I am producing.
I highly recommend Mega Power to anyone new to the solar power seeking for honest impartial advice and professional installation.

I first found Mega Sun Power after searching for the best deal through Pick My Solar. Mega Sun Power came up with the most complete bid with the specifications I wanted. They had my solar panels installed within a week of signing a contract and - here's the best part -my panels were approved and hooked up by LADWP months more quickly than other solar customers I've heard about. When I told the LADWP inspector how long I had been waiting for the final approval so I could actually turn on my system and start to use it, he asked, ""Who do you know? Most customers wait MONTHS more than that."" Apparently Mega Power didn't require endless weeks of inspections by LADWP, because they are efficient and complete the installation correctly the first time around. It was a plus to speak to their team - all courteous, kind and ""real."" Way to go, Mega Sun!

If you are thinking of going solar then look no further! I have been shopping for solar for couple of months, trying to figure out the best way to go, considering price, service as well as just simple educational information about it. Mega Sun Power's solar analyst was amazing, he took his time with answering all my questions and went beyond my expectation. I used their finance option which takes literally 15-20 minutes to get approved. Panels were delivered and installed 4 days after i got approved. Inspection was complete 3 days later. I mean the whole experience was just hastle free. These are not some Chinese made panels that you lease from companies like Solar City with 20 years contract that has a fine print to it!!! These are American made, I own them!!! My property value has increased!!! Ive done my research and Im glad I had the chance to deal with Mega Sun Power. Thank you guys!!!

05/05/2015 : I contacted Mega Sun Power representative back in early Feb and struck a deal with them to install Solar panels for my home. The representative (Ben) was very friendly and answered all my questions. I was told that the installation would be complete in a week and the panels would be working within max 4-6 weeks. I got lured, and bought a cash deal, as it sounded very lucrative.
Panels were installed within a weeks time as promised, but since then it's been close to 3 months, and I'm still waiting for my solar panels to function. Part of it is due to DWP inspector not showing up on time. But my complain is towards the company, as once the amount was paid, the ""friendly"" guy disappeared, never answers my calls/messages!!!
I'm just left waiting in the hope that one day DWP inspector would come for inspection and connect me to the grid. I'm frustrated at the way these guys have managed my particular case. I wouldn't recommend them to a friend. I'm sure they can do much better in order to earn customers.

I have used these guys for multiple electrical projects - recessed lights, replacing electrical panel, installation of a subpanel, outdoor lighting, conversion to in-home LED lighting, fluorescent lighting, and outlet/switch replacement. Having been cheated before by other companies and having to chase workers down to fix or replace their work, I was very nervous about using a new company. These guys are awesome!! They were extremely responsive and on-time. No hidden fees and no trickery. My next home project is Solar panels with them - we compared them with others and they are by far the most transparent in what it will cost and how long it will take, as well as warrantying their work.

Really happy with my new system. They came in cheaper than the other two and did a really clean install. They didn't play around with me at all. what they quoted me is what i got. from my research they used really good panel not cheaper ones like other companies do. the workers understood solar they weren't just some electricians trying to figure things out. if i had any question even the workers took time to answer me without getting annoyed. most importantly the panels are producing more than was originally estimated as well which made me even happier.

if i ever need solar again i will definitley use them and refer them to all my friends and family
