Be careful with this business. They are extremely unreliable and un responsive. I called and talked to the owner, Melvin on Monday about repairing an electric furnace on a very cold day. Melvin said they would come out Tuesday which he did after I called him twice to get a status. He then suggested that I needed a new furnace and would send me a quote by Tuesday afternoon. He never sent the quote. I spent all day Wednesday and Thursday trying to get a hold of him via phone and text and he never responded.

On Friday, after continuing to text and call him, Melvin finally picked up and said he could not do the work, period. Never had the courtesy to communicate this to me. In the meantime, I have a cold apartment and wasted an entire week with this clown outfit.

Stay away from this business. They do not have the customer service necessary to survive.
