I hired this company to install new breakers in my electrical panel and to modify existing outlets for a kitchen remodel. They were very on time, efficient, and did an outstanding job. The price I was quoted was reasonable. I will not have any reservations about hiring them for future projects.

I had a great experience with this company. The main breaker for my house fried on a Friday evening and we were sitting in the dark. One phone call and they were at my house within an hour. The technician replaced my breaker and walked me through my next steps of getting PG&E out to re-attach the meter lock. Top notch service, they were extremely friendly, and for an emergency service late on a Friday night I couldn't beat the price.

These guys installed the EV Blink charger at my home under the program being run by Ecotality. For a very simple installation they billed $1200 plus I had to pay extra. The charges they added to invoice were ridiculous. Who charges for overhead. Extra drive time. The parts beside the charger which is being paid for federal government, were less than $100. Install time under 2 hours.

Customer service also sucks. It was pretty much take it or leave it attitude. No negotiation. Very slow in processing requests. And I almost felt like they were doing me a favor. Not sure why and who selected these guys.

Thank God I am done with the charger.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars!

Meandal electric came to inspect my site for a 240 EC charger. Mark came out to see the site and did a poor job as is. While talking to him, I could clearly make out he is out to fleece me! Now with EV charger, these guys are tied into a government run program called Ecotality. Ecotality does not give you a choice of the vendor.

Anyways, over the course of next 3.5 weeks, I called them multiple times to get a quote, but the only answer I always got was that they have not reviewed my file yet. The ecotality program ends on Mar 15.

Today they told me that they cannot take on my work. Because of their lameness I stand to loose $2700 from the federal program. Ecotality won't allow me to use any other vendor, so I guess my hands are tied. If they were so busy, they should not have picked my file and let it go to another vendor.

I hope after they have done fleecing money from consumers from the federal program, they close down!
