Fast (same day), courteous service by Charlotte and Orlando to replace the outlet for our dishwasher and disposal, which had shorted out. When the dishwasher still didn't work, they went the extra mile to check the switch, found and fixed a loose wire which had caused the short, and brought the dishwasher back to life. Saved me the cost of a new dishwasher!

I left a message and was called back within a few hours. Ty was able to come out that same day. I wanted to thank Mr McWilliams for being not only extremely knowledgeable but extremely honorable and honest in his work. I called him after we had problems with lights that would dim or get brighter when our dryer was plugged into different outlets. I described the issue to Mr McWilliams and he stated that it was probably a problem with a neutral and that I needed to call Centerpoint energy. Centerpoint said that it probably was not their problem, but would come out and look and said there would be a service fee of $50 if it was not their problem. However, Mr McWilliams was right and Centerpoint found the problem and resolved it. It is amazing to have such a positive experience and I will definitely be using Mr McWilliam's services for any electrical issues in the future and will recommend his company to everyone I know.

This happened on a Friday night when my parents plugged a high voltage heater in the bathroom. The other socket in the bathroom shorted and caught on fire. It was so fried that we can't even see were the screw was supposed to be that held the wire. It wasn't a job that I was comfortable with my husband doing since he's not an electrician so I looked on yelp and I found Ty. I messaged him via yelp right away. And he came over within 1 1/2 hour. I did ask him what the service price was going to be just to get an idea of the expenses. I dont like to be surprised on a bill that I didn't agree to and this wasn't a problem with these guys. Ty and Eric were very professional and fixed the problem. When they had to replace something Ty would tell me how much more it was going to cost in addition to the service price and I like the honesty. I absolutely would call him again for any electrical problems that we can handle ourselves. I'm very thankful that my parents house didn't catch on fire and I feel that my parents are safe to use those outlets in the bathroom since I saw Ty fixing the problem. I don't think I could have asked for a faster response time on a weekend and I'm very grateful that these men know what they are doing.

Ty responded to our request for quote within a few hours and offered to take a phone call to help with our GCFI issue. He was able to walk me through a few options and after 15 mins I was able to diagnose and fix the problem which saved a trip by an electrician to the house. It is refreshing to work with a company that generally cares about its customers and is willing to help without trying to squeeze a lot of $$ out of clients. While we ended up not needing to use their services via a visit, the pricing quoted for a visit seemed reasonable with a strong commitment to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Ty and his company to friends and family.
