If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They sat with me on the phone to help me diagnose some power issues I was having recently. Ultimately it was a line that the ulitlity company will be fixing, but I cannot thank McWilliams Electric enough for their patience and willingness to provide me with the diagnostic advice and potential issues without even coming out. I believe these guys know what they're doing and in the future I know exactly who to call. They're already on my speed dial!

Ty and his team are fan-freaking-tastic! He replaced my breaker box in May and fielded issues with Reliant Energy and their ridiculousness. And he and his team did this during a very stressful time: moving into my new house (the one getting the new box) and the passing of my mom. Ty and his team are professional, responsive, and responsible. I think it's rare to find a service provider I respect and admire, but Ty and his team managed that.

They did such a great job, I had them come back out to do some odds and ends (new sockets, light repair, installation of motion-activated lights, etc). All of the work was done to the highest standard.

And these folks are trustworthy and were great with my very large pets. I highly recommend Ty and his team for your electrical needs.

Highly recommend Ty and his team! My chandelier was starting to fall and I called Ty Thursday night and he was at my house that following Saturday morning. He is an experienced electrician and went above and beyond to secure my chandelier correctly! I will definitely give him a call again for future electrical projects/issues.

Fast (same day), courteous service by Charlotte and Orlando to replace the outlet for our dishwasher and disposal, which had shorted out. When the dishwasher still didn't work, they went the extra mile to check the switch, found and fixed a loose wire which had caused the short, and brought the dishwasher back to life. Saved me the cost of a new dishwasher!

I had a fantastic experience using McWilliams Electric. I was provided Ty's information as a referral when I needed an electrician for my house. I left a message and was called back within a few hours. Ty was able to come out that same day. I had an issue with a GFCI tripping and not resetting, and Ty was able to determine the issue and fix it. I would use McWilliams Electric again!

I wanted to thank Mr McWilliams for being not only extremely knowledgeable but extremely honorable and honest in his work. I called him after we had problems with lights that would dim or get brighter when our dryer was plugged into different outlets. I described the issue to Mr McWilliams and he stated that it was probably a problem with a neutral and that I needed to call Centerpoint energy. Centerpoint said that it probably was not their problem, but would come out and look and said there would be a service fee of $50 if it was not their problem. However, Mr McWilliams was right and Centerpoint found the problem and resolved it. It is amazing to have such a positive experience and I will definitely be using Mr McWilliam's services for any electrical issues in the future and will recommend his company to everyone I know.
