Phenomenally helpful, the owner Ty McWilliams, went out of his way to accommodate my needs for some electrical work. He worked with my schedule, and accepted pictures and measurements I sent him on his cell phone. That saved an extra trip.

The electrician, Shari, and her helper, David, were super polite, respectful, and most interested in doing the job the best way with the least damage. While Ty and I thought we had worked things out, Shari actually found a better method that caused virtually no damage, while making the installation exactly where I wanted it, as I wanted it. I have found my electrician for all future needs. BTW, the charges were reasonable.

We hired McWilliams Electric for work we needed as we installed a new air conditioning system. They prepared an estimate and then the final cost came in under that. They were prompt, hardworking, and completed their work efficiently. Many of their licensed electricians are women, which I thought was great. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work you need.

I was having an issue with power supply to my main pump on pool. Ty methodically worked through the possible causes and determined that one of the buried lines was grounded. Fortunately, he noticed a back- up line that was previously installed and we were able to switch to that line instead. It saved me probably close to $1000 and installation of a conduit through the attic to run another line. His price was very reasonable and I'm very pleased that I found him - would definitely recommend for any residential electric problems or installs.

Unacceptable respose time. E-mailed a request and Ty responded 3 weeks later, told I was forgotten about and he had too much work on his plate. Very disappointing and unfortunate, especially from a friend and former next door neighbor. Had another electrician complete the simple project in a timely manner.

Really happy with McWilliams Electric. As a busy mom, I don't have any time to make multiple phone calls to an electrician to explain my situation and what work I need done to remedy it. Ty, the owner of McWilliams Electric, was more than happy to communicate with me via text message. From sending photos to getting a quote set up, everything was done via text and then e-mail. This really makes my life easy. No screaming kids. No missed calls. No problem.

Three technicians showed up to change a chandelier fixture and they did a great job. They were professional and friendly. I even thoroughly enjoyed our ""small talk."" The quality of their workmanship was excellent. What a stress free experience. I'll definitely be a repeat customer for other electrical needs. I'd highly recommend McWilliams.

I rarely leave reviews although with the exceptional service and quality of the craftspeople that Ty and his team have is a welcome experience in hiring someone for work at our house. They were all very personable and extremely great customer service along with great pricing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They sat with me on the phone to help me diagnose some power issues I was having recently. Ultimately it was a line that the ulitlity company will be fixing, but I cannot thank McWilliams Electric enough for their patience and willingness to provide me with the diagnostic advice and potential issues without even coming out. I believe these guys know what they're doing and in the future I know exactly who to call. They're already on my speed dial!

Ty and his team are fan-freaking-tastic! He replaced my breaker box in May and fielded issues with Reliant Energy and their ridiculousness. And he and his team did this during a very stressful time: moving into my new house (the one getting the new box) and the passing of my mom. Ty and his team are professional, responsive, and responsible. I think it's rare to find a service provider I respect and admire, but Ty and his team managed that.

They did such a great job, I had them come back out to do some odds and ends (new sockets, light repair, installation of motion-activated lights, etc). All of the work was done to the highest standard.

And these folks are trustworthy and were great with my very large pets. I highly recommend Ty and his team for your electrical needs.

Highly recommend Ty and his team! My chandelier was starting to fall and I called Ty Thursday night and he was at my house that following Saturday morning. He is an experienced electrician and went above and beyond to secure my chandelier correctly! I will definitely give him a call again for future electrical projects/issues.
