Bill McNamara has been working as a licensed electrician. He began helping out in the family business in Atascadero, California, where his parent launched a small family electrical business. At the young age of 13, he wired his initial home and not long after knew he wanted to create a venture. In 1986, he relocated to Napa Valley and took on contracting work at a motorsport venue for a period of seven years called Sears Point, now known as Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, CA. As the wine industry in Napa Valley expanded, so did. The demand for electrical contractors increased as new wineries emerged. For about 15 years, Bill subcontracted a trusted electrical contractor when needed. Today, he focuses on on-demand service and minor projects.

Bill makes his home on a farm in Angwin. He supports a regional Midget Sprint car driver, Britton Bock, a talented driver. He takes his tasks—whether at work or for fun—with commitment and puts his heart into it. He consistently has creative solutions—whether it’s about the placement of a light fixture or the best light bulbs to select. Customers often react with enthusiasm, remarking, “What a fantastic idea, Bill!”.
