I've recently reached out to McMahan Electric to get a quote to install NEMA 14-50 outlet for my Tesla mobile charger. Jason (owner) responded within minutes and quoted a very reasonable fee after going over the details.

Jason and James called a few hours earlier than scheduled appointment time since they finished their previous job ahead of schedule. They showed up promptly and started working on the job asap.

Both Jason and James were very friendly and professional. They finished the job quickly and cleaned up after when they are done. I highly recommend for their high quality work and plan to work with them for future projects.

I rarely post service reviews on Yelp, but this contractor warranted my extremely positive service review. I reached out on a Tuesday regarding my need to replace and install 16 fluorescent lights to LED lights inside my home each with ballasts that needed to be bypassed. Jason (owner) answered to telephone straight away. After some existing fluorescent light information and picture exchanges, we agreed on a Friday install appointment date and what I felt was a very reasonable total install price. Friday arrived with Jason and James (employee) ready to work. They replaced the fluorescent lights with LED lights as promised. They took great care towards not creating any unnecessary internal home damage, covered appropriate surface areas and cleaned-up all extraneous Sheetrock/Drywall, roof insulation, broken light bulb particulates once the install work was complete. I highly recommend this company if you need a fluorescent light to LED light transition inside of your home!

I had purchased a few flush mount LED lights that I needed help installing. I found McMahan Electric and asked for a quote. They were able to come that same day which was awesome! We showed them what we wanted done and explained some other issues we were having (light switches being in odd places, a high PG&E bill, etc.). They offered to quote us for the installation of the 4 LED lights that I had purchased and to do another quote that would include adding a light switch that we wanted and changing all of our existing recessed lighting to LED cans. Ultimately we went with the quote that included everything and we LOVE the results! They did all of the work in 2 days including patching sheet rock that needed to be cut into, even matching our existing wall texture perfectly. We have since recommended them to family and my mom will be having some work done by them soon as well. Should we have any other electrical issues or additions in the future, we will definitely call McMahan Electric! They're the best!
