I recently selected MCM Electric to replace my bathroom exhaust fans and install a ceiling fan in one of my bedrooms in my condo. Firstly, I received the best customer service which is rare in south Florida and when I receive it, I try to always write about it. Marion was professional, courteous and friendly. She set up my appointment, called prior to confirm and even when the technician was running behind, he called to let me know. I was previously stood up by Mr. Electric as they were a no call no show even after calling twice and being told the tech would call with an eta. Micael came out for my quote and to complete the work. He was very considerate and polite and completed my job to my satisfaction. Great customer service, workmanship, fair prices and dependable. That's what I expect from a company. I hope they never lose these qualities and they will prosper.
