We offer domestic and industrial power services in Palm Desert and in the Coachella Valley. We excel at service for your residential needs and projects big or small.

Established in 1966 by Ray McKinzie, McKinzie Electrical, Inc. began in the Inland Empire and operated in Hemet, California for nineteen years. In the late '80s, he relocated the company to the Coachella Valley to capitalize on a booming economy.

In the late '90s, Ray collaborated with his offspring Ray McKinzie III. The younger Ray contributed years of electrical experience and youth to the company. As the business grew, they formed a corporation in 2003, and are known as the top electricians in Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley.

The founder and his son formed a joint venture in 1997 and incorporated in 2003.
