BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!! I recently hired this company to install lighting fixtures at my home. I spoke with Brittany when calling to schedule and check on pricing. She explained the service fees were $80 for the 1st hour and $70 per hour after that for TWO GUYS to come out. I received my invoice and was billed $80 per hr PER PERSON for the 1st and $70 an hour PER PERSON after that. When I called to address my concerns she stated it would have taken one guy twice the time the two guys performed the work and denied the fact that the two guys were included in the pricing and that I must have misunderstood. Not sure how I could misunderstand that the hourly rate I was quoted was to include two guys and then to get billed double the price?! I had them do more work than I would have hired them for if I had known they were $160/$140 per hour for both guys which is what I should have been told rather than being mislead. Terrible way to do business in my opinion. I would not suggest using this company!!
