Something has happened where I now have to amend my raving review from 2016.

Marvin & Eddie used to be great but the work they did was shoddy and I now have to redo. In addition, there was a desperation and lack of professionalism.

I wasn't sent an invoice properly and when I did receive it it was for work they hadn't completed yet they demanded payment and stated they only invoice for what they do.

To Marvin's credit he did removed the extra $100 but the charges didn't make any sense. I paid the revised invoice anyway but the installation of two outlet and a box ranged from $250 to $375... and that was without the actual Lutron outlet. Excessive.

When I finally got a revised invoice, which took many asks as Eddie was trying to email it...but it never came through. I surmise it was a very large file and wouldn't send. I had a check immediately mailed out.

No less than one business day, I am hounded with texts/phone calls asking me for payment. It was invasive and unrelenting. Honestly, it wasn't even that much money either, but compared to the work it was way overpriced.

So, if you use them (they are responsive), make sure you get a written estimate prior and don't expect a reasonable day or two to get them paid. They also need to be reminded to send the invoice to get paid. They didn't do it immediately but expected immediate payment when they finally did. '
Sadly the barrage isn't worth it. I would tolerate but then the work was subpar and way overpriced.

First review I was ever really compelled to write. This company is stellar. First, they were the epitome of professionalism. They are incredibly knowledgeable in everything they do. They are super responsive to questions and were always on time. Respectful, courteous and certainly got the job done. Will use again without a doubt. Marvin and Eddie were the best.

I had them install five outlets in our house and mc=e3 did the work in half the time they thought and made it so I didn't have to do any paint or patching. Highly recommended. Marvin and his team did a great job fixing a breaker situation in my kitchen, installing a new flood light cam, plus redoing some faulty wiring in the light switches in my house. They were professional, fast, affordable, and honest about their work (at no point did they try to upsell me... instead talking me through the pros and cons of various projects and their costs, and working within my budget). They diagnose and fix problems very intuitively. They were also COVID conscious and wore masks the whole time. They are now my new go-to electricians. Recommended!

Marvin & Eddie are the best! I came across these guys by personal referral a few months back after I started having some power issues but couldn't find an electrician online that would shoot me straight.

I first thought I was having issues with breakers, but then realized my panel was arcing / going bad. This was causing all kinds of problems, from breakers and my computer monitors shutting off to other power and light flickers.

It started on the right side of my circuit panel and these guys were super honest - Rather than pressure me to replace the entire panel they set it up so I didn't have to do it immediately and could safely wait it out a bit longer.

Fast forward to a week ago, and another breaker on my panel started arcing (my breaker box was ~40 years old and was way beyond time to replace). I knew it was time to take care of it so I asked Marvin & Eddie to come back to replace the whole thing. They knocked it out in just a few hours so now I can stop stressing about the arcing & don't have to deal with things shutting off or flickering during wfh.

Highly recommend these guys! Added them to our HOA's ""Trusted Vendors"" list as the exclusive electricians.
