It was definitely more on the pricer side in terms of cost but these guys were well worth it! His team had great chemistry and seemed to effectively get the job done in a timely manner. My doorbell/chime in my 1929 house ceased to function a few months ago. I love a wired old fashioned doorbell and wanted it fixed. Hence I purchased an awesome 1972 chime.

Contacted these folks to do the job. Received several emails re cost. Reality? I could care less about cost. I just want a fabulous vintage chime and am more than willing to pay.

Eddie showed up today. Nice guy but what I needed done was over his head.

Reality? I will do the work myself on Saturday. I understand electricity and circuitry and don't need these guys.

If u need a lightbulb changed these are your guys. Anything more complex?

Charged $80 to ""trouble shoot"" (meaning just to come out). I was desperate and the other electrician I called said it would take over 1 week to come out, so I agreed. I didn't think the issue would take long to resolve, and I was right. They were supposed to come yesterday, and I received a message that the technician's car battery had been stolen while picking up supplies so he wouldn't be able to come. I had already taken the afternoon off work, but I didn't want to be a b**ch, so I agreed to take another afternoon off work today. A different technician came today. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in 20 min, then had the audacity to charge $210 (no consideration for the fact that I had to take 2 afternoons off of work). At that point, I was already $80 committed, so I didn't see the point of not agreeing to the work. However, the cost is RIDICULOUS for a 20 min job (all they had to do was replace an outlet in the bathroom)! I would not use them again.

Plus one star because he took the time to explain what he was doing when I told him I like to trying to fix things on my own. However he kept telling me how dangerous the wiring was in front of my tenant to try to get another job out of me. As if I would ever trust them to do a bigger job!

Marvin and Eddie were super professional, communicative, and helpful. They were hired to finish a project that another electrician messed up. Most guys wouldn't take on a job like this but they did it and for a reasonable price. They always showed up and time and were responsive when I had a question.

He explained everything so thoughtfully, gave us tips on how to save on electricity, and even sent us pictures of non-electric related fixes he saw around the house.
