We have used McCombs for the last 25 years. They are efficient & affordable, timely & knowledgeable. They weren't able to get a new drum for us for 2 months but they installed one from a local bakery so that we wouldn't be without AC, at no extra charge. Definitely recommend them for service calls & AC installs.

Zero stars. I had to give them one to leave a review but it's really zero.This place is terrible. Called them about a circuit breaker that was constantly tripping. The guy they sent just swapped it with one that was already in the box and left after I already told him I had a new one in there that the circuit breaker wasn't the problem. Three weeks later it started tripping again so I called them back. After three weeks of not hearing from them at all I attempted to contact them and have not heard from them at all. I guess this how they do business. Terrible customer service. Terrible technician. I do not recommend them at all. Save your money and call someone else.
