William B.I've been using McCarty Electric to service my Generacg generator for the past 3 or 4 years. I do not have any complaints about the employees of this company, but the owner, Keith McCarty, is very rude. They serviced my generator in the beginning of January 2023 and at the end of February 2023 there was an issue with the battery on the generator. The company sent a technician out on February 23, 2023 to fix the problem and the company charged me another service fee for something that should have been taken care of in January. So when I talked to the owner, Keith McCarty, about my concerns with the invoice he was rude and aggressive. Near the end of the conversation he had the nerve to tell me that I was waisting his time. Needless to say I will no longer be using their services.

I would not recommend McCarty Electric to ANYONE.
