We reached out to this company based on the reviews here and on google - set up an appt to have some fans and lights installed in our home. They had a pretty long lead time, which makes sense given the time of year it is... so no worries there.

The night before our appt they called to cancel due to some issues with the installer, which was fine... stuff happens and I totally get that. However, the attempts to reschedule an appt, which we waited 3.5 weeks to have, were not returned.

Now we are left scrambling to find someone new which is extremely discouraging... I cannot recommend a company that doesn't keep appts or attempt to reach back out to customers who try and reschedule those appts. As a customer that YOU cancelled on, I shouldn't have to chase you down to reschedule.. but I did and still got no response.

Good luck, business must be good if you can't be bothered to return your customers calls.
