Trystanne was super responsive and accommodating since the very first contact. Michael was always on time and super helpful during the process. We thought we had a pretty easy and straightforward project and upon inspection, our fan and vent were not connected at all and we had to bring Michael another day to take on this mess. He took care of everything promptly and walked me through everything and took pictures to show to my landlord. He's also a great person to talk to and really hard working - if I have any future electrical needs, he'll be my go to person.
