Well, it took them a week to get back to me and later explained that the individual receiving the call was out of town. I thought that this could have been handled more professionally or that I could have received a text or email letting me know. He apologized and as able to complete two jobs (reattaching the point of attachment and installing a home surge protector) the very next day. They were punctual and the work took place without a hitch.

Following the flooding this week, which affected our community with power outages and wet electrical connections and boxes, our usual electrician was not available. We found this out at 4:00 p.m. on the day of our call. We got on the phone and were referred to Mc Bright. Gave them a call and they came out the same day and began diligent work cleaning and drying to prepare for repairs and power up the next day!

Hector is a Master Electrician, courteous and immediately responsive to questions and telephone calls. Additionally, he is very in touch with the customer, and keeps his point of contact in receipt of up-to-date status.

Everyone hoped for power on day 2 and Hector and his crew were great at being patient with resident interruption and questions, and the overall general grumpiness of those without power.

They rocked it and got our community back up in record timing after such an event. This is the company you will want to call for any need, great or small!

Day 1 problem not fixed. Day 2 I called the office and I was told that someone would return my call. I called 2 hours later and was told that the tech was on a sevice call and that he would call me back. I waited another 2 hours and guess what?NO ANSWER! nobody called me back. Poor service. I was left just the way they found me. Hot with no air.

The General Contractor that I work for used McBright Electric to hook up our temporary pole at our construction site. We had multiple problems with Center Point Energy and the electric provider. I called Hector and he got the City of Houston on the phone to verify his permit request. His work was professional and thorough. The price was very reasonable. Hector stands behind his work and provides service after the sale. I highly recommend McBright Electric to anyone in need of electric service. He handled the permits and inspection for us.
