John came highly recommended by the previous owner of my house. I couldn't thank them enough for the recommendation! John is the best and most trustworthy electrician I've ever encountered. I cannot imagine better. His work is top notch. He is incredibly conscientious and knowledgeable. He's honest almost to a fault (never in his own favor). On two occasions, John was so efficient that he charged less that the original quote, which was already extremely reasonable. At the end of the day, I have always found that using the best people in the field always saves you money at the end of the day. The masters are not only more efficient, but their work is top quality and reliable. John is no doubt a master in his field and if I could give him six stars I would :)

Mayo Electric did not show up for the scheduled walk through at my home for extensive installation work. They did not call, text, or email. This behavior is unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills. I do not recommend them.

We called John at Mayo Electric to fix an electrical socket issue while we were out of state and our house sitter had a problem. First he told us what to do to try to avoid us having to pay for him to come out and once that didn't work he promptly came out to resolve our problem-sending us pics of what he did. It's rare to find a dependable and trustworthy and honest electrician and we are so glad we found John at Mayo. Thanks again for you prompt service!
