Vick is an experienced, trustworthy professional. He knows his work, and can fix anything! We woke up one morning with our pool equipment not working. When your pool equipment doesnt work a few days, your pool can get green, quick! When we contacted Vick he was out of town, but because we trusted him from previous jobs, we decided to wait for his return despite the job's urgency. Of course, upon his return he made us priority (thanks for that!!) Once Vick was on the job, he opened up all the electrical boxes and found the problem and fixed it within an hour, leaving us happy and satisfied. He has changed breakers and fixed wiring for us many times, and I am so happy to have found a trustworthy electrician who I can rely on to do professional work. His experience and knowledge in the field is why we will never hire another electrician to do any work in our home or rental properties.

Vic (Vahe) did an excellent job for us. A friend of mine and I leased a duplex earlier this year. We immediately encountered problems with the electrical circuitry. Even though the old breaker box for the duplex had been replaced by a new breaker box, the original old Romex wiring remained. Starting on our first night in the duplex, one of the breakers kept tripping, and heat and lights all over the duplex would go out. The landlord couldn't fix things, so we located and called Vic. He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem: new appliances (heating units and a microwave) and bathroom wall sockets had, incredibly, all been installed on a single old circuit line, dangerously overloading the line.

Vic came up with a plan to install four new lines, one for the microwave, one for the bathroom wall socket (where the hairdryer plugged in) and one each for two heating units. He then quoted a price the landlord found very reasonable and acceptable.

Vic later returned to the duplex. He and an assistant ran the four new lines in a little over a day. They were both extremely conscientious and courteous. As other reviewers have mentioned, they cleaned up carefully after the job was completed. Overall, Vic's work was outstanding! I consider Vic to be a thoroughly competent, first rate electrician. I have no hesitation recommending him to others, and will use him for all future electrical needs we have.

Ok, I'm a pretty critical reviewer but I can say without reservation that Vic at Max Power is the best electrician in town, bar none. I've used Vic three times now, from jobs ranging to small (installing a dozen smart dimmers, installing a floodlight, hanging two chandeliers) to large (installing an underground conduit to run power for an electric gate and installing a new breaker) and his work is timely, neat, well-done, and reasonable. Vic takes the time to explain what the issue is in clear terms and what the most reasonable solution would be. I've solicited a lot of quotes and his are always at least 10% below other electricians. Most importantly, he provides the best customer service I've ever seen. Case in point, I live in a very old house with an uneven foundation and when drilling for a conduit, the difference in exterior and interior heights caused him to damage a tile in my bathroom. While every other vendor would have told me, ""oh, get it fixed and send me the bill for reimbursement,"" Vic said, ""I damaged it, I'll take care of it, I'm not going to put that burden on you."" And, he did exactly that: he searched out a string of tile stores to find the exact match and came back a week later and replaced the tile and the bathroom looks good as new! Needless to say, Max Power is my go-to electrician for everything now.
