Our ceiling fan wouldn't turn on when we came home from a trip. Max Electrical has great reviews on Yelp so I contacted them using their contact form on the website. I was surprised when he called me within the hour and set up the day and time for trouble shooting. The electrician, Joey, came exactly on time and we even knew he was coming because they send you a notice via text that shows the exact location of the truck en route. Joey is a very friendly guy, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went straight to the fan and explained all the possible problems with these DC ceiling fans. Turns out the remote needs to be working before the fan comes on and no, I'm not a total idiot. Joey certainly didn't make me feel that way anyway. I had put fresh batteries in the remote but I didn't know you had to reprogram it when it loses power for a period of time. I highly recommend this company. The customer service is outstanding and the electricians (at least ours was) awesome.

We needed a new chandelier installed & had an outside light that was not working. I shared pics @ details in advance to get a quote. They did a great job hanging our chandelier & identified the issue with our external light. They were very quick & reasonable priced. We will definitely use them for our future electrical needs.

Max Electric Solutions comes highly recommended. Jesse was super busy and booked solid, but made some time to come help me with my job. Jesse was clear and respectful comunicator, he understood my concerns and was very transparent about my particular job. At first I was concerned that maybe I would be charged for work I did not need (a typical concern for anyone obtaining a quote from trade professionals). However, Jesse was extremely honest and caring with my job. He inspected and replaced my external electrical box and my main breaker panel wiring and came up with a solution that was not only safe and up to code, it was completed fast, efficiently, and at a fair price. Late last week I contacted Jessie about 4-5 different items that we needed repaired as well as installing can lights. This was my first time working with MES and today I had the pleasure of meeting Jessie and his colleague Michele whom were both friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They did an incredible job and quickly repaired items plus installed 4 can lights.

It was such a great experience I've hired them to come back for a few more projects next week. Jessie is excellent and explained everything in detail and provided estimated price quotes so there are no surprises. The pricing was very reasonable but more importantly I had confidence they'd do an amazing job no matter what the project. Looking forward to seeing them again very soon.
