Very different experience this time. Requested a quote for a doorbell installation. Very terse responses. Clearly not interested in the job. Disappointing after my previous encounter, so it's hard to let my original review stand. I'll go elsewhere for my electrical needs.

Awesome experience. Fuse needed to be replaced so I emailed Darin. Immediate response and set up an appointment the next morning. Came exactly on time and resolved the issue in a very professional manner. Was not selling, but suggested a surge protector for the house which could prevent the same issue from happening and installed that as well on the spot, all at a very reasonable price.

We actually called a different electrician prior to Max, with 5 star reviews on yelp. They said they would come the next day, never called or showed. Called two days later, said they would get back to me. Ghosted me again. It's always hard to find good contractors. Max is a gem. Highly rec

The Max Electrical team is incredible! I probably had 6 different projects to complete around the house and they completed all of them in a few hours like the freaking pro's they are. They offered suggestions, made changes to the original plans to fit my house best and cleaned up afterwards. Cannot wait to have them back to finish up the rest of the house. What an amazing company. I contacted them through the website at 8:53 pm and had a response by 8:55 pm. They were out the next day, identified the problem, had the needed supplies on their truck and were completed within 30 minutes. I am SO IMPRESSED!

After having one electrician never show, I proceeded to call 7 electricians...earliest appt was 2.5 weeks out. Darin called me back, and was able to identify my issue over the phone (just from a photo!), and come right out and fix it immediately (might have just been lucky timing, but he gets credit for it either way). I was impressed by his expertise and professionalism. Also, I was very happy with his ability to explain the issue and help me understand the system better. As a Realtor, I value great help and will be referring all clients to him in the future.

Came fast and troubleshooted a problem that wasn't what I thought it was. Had all the parts they needed and fixed it quickly. Helped us out with a couple other issues too. Wore masks the whole time and were very friendly. Will call again for sure if needed in the future.

Second time using this company. DJ and Jessie came out last week to install fixtures, fans and add lighting to some closets. They were on time, did great work, super friendly and just an all around good experience! Also, we got some great advice and ideas on other issues we may take care of later. I highly recommend these guys and this company in general!
